Aniket Shroff is the Chief Executive Officer of Niti Group of Companies and the founder of Mojakart Group and Niti Enterprise Solutions. Under his leadership, Niti Group has grown into a diversified multinational conglomerate operating across five continents, six industries, and 25 countries.

The group’s origins lie in Niti Distribution, its core business focused on computer hardware and software distribution across East, West, and Central Africa. Today, Niti Group’s portfolio spans technology, construction, hospitality, e-commerce, and more—anchored by operational excellence and strategic expansion.

Of Indian heritage, Aniket was born in Dubai, UAE, and raised in Eastern Africa. He completed high school in Kenya before moving to the United States, where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration (Finance & Accounting) from Babson College. He later completed a Master’s in Computer Science at Harvard University.

Aniket’s entrepreneurial drive surfaced early. While at Babson College, he founded 11 companies in the U.S. across construction, hospitality, software development, automotive sales, hardware distribution, and exports—building a team of over 120 employees to manage U.S. operations. He subsequently expanded into Europe, establishing a strong UK base and opening a strategic warehouse in the Netherlands to support regional growth.

Over his career, Aniket has conducted business in more than 25 countries, including remote markets across Africa. He has established operations in challenging, high-potential environments such as Congo, Ivory Coast, Rwanda, Nigeria, and Mauritius. He is currently leading innovation in the cryptocurrency space through a software initiative and, together with his wife, developing Mauni London, a luxury diamond jewellery brand.

Today, Aniket oversees a global workforce of more than 600 employees at Niti Group. Despite the organization’s scale, he maintains the mindset of a start-up entrepreneur—championing innovation, agility, and forward-thinking strategies that shape the future of global business.
