Aniket Shroff is the CEO of Niti Group of companies and the founder of the e-commerce platform – Mojakart Group and Niti Enterprise Solution. Niti Group of companies is a conglomerate expanding across 5 continents, 6 industries, and 25 countries around the globe. The conglomerate started with its core business known as Niti Distribution, which is predominantly responsible for computer hardware and software distribution across East, West, and Central Africa.

Aniket being of Indian ethnicity was born in Dubai, U.A.E and was raised in Eastern Africa. He completed his High school in Kenya and later graduated from Babson College in the States. He further attended Harvard University for a Master’s program in Computer Science. He started his journey to entrepreneurship at an early age; While studying at Babson College, he established 11 companies in the U.S. The companies consist of various construction projects, hotels, software development, car sales, hardware distribution, and export businesses. He overlooks a team of over 120 employees that manage the U.S business. Aniket then moved to the U.K to expand into the European market. Currently, Niti Group has its office established in the U.K and is expanding its horizon further by opening a warehouse in the Netherlands.

Aniket has traveled to over 25 countries during his business career and has been to the most remote territories in Africa. He stepped into his core business by establishing offices in some remote and disputed countries such as Congo, Ivory Coast, Rwanda, Nigeria, and Mauritius. He is currently working on developing a software project in the Cryptocurrency world and is simultaneously working with his wife in establishing their Diamond Jewellery Brand, Mauni London. Aniket manages over 600 employees globally at Niti group of Companies but holds the mindset of a start-up entrepreneur always welcoming new and innovative business trends.
